Journey Through Sacred Sites
Day 1: Arrival & Exploration – Colombo/Negombo
- Arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB)
- Transfer to hotel in Colombo or Negombo
- Optional: Visit Kelaniya Temple (Vibhishana's coronation place)
- Relaxation and overnight stay.
Day 2: Chilaw & Nuwara Eliya – Ancient Connections
- Travel to Chilaw.
- Visit Munneswaram Temple (Rama's penance after war)
- Explore Manawari Temple (First Lingam installed by Rama)
- Proceed to Nuwara Eliya (approx. 5.5 hours drive)
- Overnight stay in Nuwara Eliya.
Day 3: Nuwara Eliya – Seetha Amman & Ashoka Vatika
- Visit Seetha Amman Temple (Where Sita was held captive)
- Explore Ashoka Vatika (Lanka's beautiful garden where Sita resided)
- Optional: Visit Hakgala Botanical Garden (Part of Ashoka Vatika)
- Relax in scenic Nuwara Eliya.
- Overnight stay in Nuwara Eliya.
Day 4: Ella – Ravana's Domain
- Travel to Ella.
- Visit Divurumpola Temple (Sita's Agni Pariksha)
- Explore Ravana Falls (Named after King Ravana)
- Visit Ravana Cave (King Ravana's hideout)
- Overnight stay in Ella.
Day 5: Departure – Back to Colombo
- Return to Colombo (approx. 5 hours drive)
- Optional: Visit a local market for souvenirs.
- Transfer to Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB) for departure.
